I started 'running' on a treadmill during college because I thought that was what you were supposed to do at the gym. It's no wonder I ended up quitting the gym, taking a break from running and gaining a few pounds. A few later (2009) I started running for my health, for the gear, and for race bling! I am a proud back of the pack runner chasing down the middle, mid-packers look out!. My 2013 goals are to PR at the 10k, 13.1 and maybe even 26.2 distances. Also to choose and start training for my 1st ultra marathon.
