		<description>Thank you for sharing.  I was just like you dropped many pounds, and damm those thighs were still touching.  You are so right, you have to love your body and your thighs are like the machine that drives you.  Pity it took me 20 years to realise this. But I now love running.</description>

		<description>Love it!  I initially signed up for the San Fran 1/2. Have done it before and love it.  But in January my 10 mile long runs were seeming...easy!As a 46 year old mother of 4 I have always &quot;run&quot; for sanity&#039;s sake. I am pretty disciplined and just needed the outlet. I have hidden a desire to run a marathon before I turn 50. So I did it. I changed my registration to the whole 26.2 in GREAT FEAR!  Today I logged 12 in 126&quot; fairly easily.  Picked up a couple runners mags at the library and searched Hal and Jeff&#039;s websites for plans.  Still not sure where I fit or which &quot;category&quot; I am training for but I am training. Your blog validated me and encouraged me also. On my run this morning I was contemplating running for a cause.  I think that would give me accountability and drive and purpose beyond myself.
