The 26-week program is suited for all Full Marathon Trainees and Half Marathon Trainees. This is the best program for beginning runners or those returning to running from a hiatus—slow, steady progress.

18 Week Program

Kickoff 3/23/24 and 3/24/24
The 18-week program is best for runners with at least a 6-mile base for the full marathon and a 3-mile base for the half marathon. You should be active at least 3x per week.

12 Week Program

The 12-week program is for experienced runners looking for accountability to keep them focused on the half or full-marathon race goals. You should be comfortable running 6-8 miles. This is not the recommended program for a new runner.

8 Week Program

Kickoff 6/1/24 and 6/2/24
This program is ideal for runners who have been racing/training on their own and have a current long-distance run of at least 10 miles. This is the tune-up and dial-it-in program! This program is not recommended for beginning runners.
