Volunteers
Thousands of volunteers are needed to staff aid stations, work the Expo and offer support to the runners at the start and finish.
All volunteers receive an official race volunteer t-shirt. This is a fun way to give back to the running community. Be prepared to be inspired by the 25,000 runners!
Volunteer Registration

If you are interested in volunteering as a group of 10 or more, please email us with your name, email, group size and group name.
Shifts are at most 6 hours long. Food is not provided, but snacks may be available.
Calling all lead cyclists! In an effort to make our race green, rather than using motor vehicles, volunteers like you lead the runners. We are still looking for the following shifts to be filled. Bring a friend! Email us if you're interested.
- Wave 2: 5:15AM - 9:15AM
- Wave 3: 5:15AM - 9:45AM
- Wave 4: 5:15AM - 10:15AM
- Wave 5: 5:30AM - 10:30AM
- Wave 6: 5:30AM - 11:00AM
- Wave 7: 5:45AM - 11:30AM
- Wave 8: 6:00AM - 12:45AM
