Local Programs Include:
- Programs are offered in San Francisco and East Bay
- RRCA Certified Coaches and Experienced Pacers
- Several workouts per week (a track workout, week night trainings, and a long run on Saturday, with optional Boot Camp included)
- Optional Bootcamp Add-on (Beginning with the 18 week program)
- Great swag: 2 tech running shirts (1 short sleeve, 1 long sleeve), a running cap, and race day hospitality
