Become a Legacy Runner

Earn Your Legacy Swag in 2024

Based on runner feedback and to amplify our efforts to become a zero-waste event, our Legacy runners will receive the following items: (Legacy gifts awarded to in-person runners only)

2-3 Years: Special commemorative t-shirt

4+ Years: Special commemorative crew neck

11+ Year: An exclusive Zip-Up Running Jacket for 2024, in addition to the 4+ year commemorative crewneck sweatshirt.

Details

In-Person

  • Your Legacy Runner gift must be picked up at the Expo on the year that you qualify.
  • Check your Bib for the Legacy Stamp. This is the ticket to pick up your gift at the Challenges Table at the expo. If your bib is not stamped, please visit the Solutions Table at the Expo.
  • Legacy Runner gifts will be distributed at the Challenges Booth at the Race Expo, (loyal runner gifts will also be available Finish Line festival for those with the Bib Delivery option)

Virtual

  • If you run virtually, you will maintain your legacy status.
  • Virtual runners participant shirt and medal will be mailed, gifts not applicable.

Deferring Registration and Legacy Runner Status

If you choose to defer your 2024 in-person registration until 2025, you will need to participate in our Virtual race to maintain your Legacy Runner status.

We do not have bye years, you must run consecutive years in order to maintain your legacy status. If you cannot make it to the in-person race you can choose to participate virtually. Simply sign up for our Virtual race, any distance and you will keep your Legacy Runner status. If you miss a year, your Legacy status resets to zero.
