Bring Your Crew. Earn the Perks.

Race day is better with friends. And bringing yours comes with perks.

Sign up for the 2027 San Francisco Marathon, invite your crew, and earn rewards when they register using your referral link.

We’re talking SFM socks, a hat, Zenni sport sunglasses, a crewneck sweatshirt, and even 50% off your 2028 race registration.*

Here’s How It Works

1. Register for SFM 2027.
Already signed up? You’re one step ahead.
2. Grab your referral link.
Find your unique link in Race Roster.
3. Invite your crew.
Share your link with friends, family, or fellow runners.
4. Earn the perks.
Get one point for every friend who registers using your link. Your first referral earns you SFM socks!

The More Friends You Bring, the More You Earn.

Every referral gets you closer to your next reward. And yes, the perks stack up.

A quick heads-up: The “Reward” and “Earned” amounts shown in Race Roster do NOT apply to the San Francisco Marathon Referral Program. Your SFM rewards will be the items listed above. There are no cash payouts for this program. You can ignore the “A payment profile containing your banking information…” call out at the top of your Race Roster promoter dashboard page. It does not apply to our program.

Items must be picked up at the Race Expo.

*Each reward tier includes all rewards from previous tiers. The 50% discount code for 2028 registration will be issued after SFM 2027 race weekend. Allow up to six weeks to receive your code.
