There is nothing better than stretching out and finding peace of mind to calm your nerves aYogand relax your body, whether it be for the big race, or just to get your day started out right. Amidst the many things to do and see at the Expo, these classes allow you to escape any and all stress of your race weekend. This year Jon Pratt and his colleagues from the Shambala Meditation Center will be leading the sessions on Friday July 29th at 1:45 and Saturday July 30th at 12:30. The Yoga Classes will be presented by lululemon athletica’s Yoga Specialists. All sessions are free and open to the public, you don’t even need to bring a mat! But please wear appropriate clothing if you are planning on participating.  We also suggest you arrive a few minutes early to get a spot.  Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get your mind and body prepared.
