RUN365 Spring Training

RUN365 is the Official Training Program of the San Francisco Marathon, we offer 3 Bay Area locations to choose from. San Francisco, East Bay and South Bay groups meet once a week for a coached and paced long run on Saturday and Sunday (South Bay). We build a community you can rely on and friendships are made here that could last a lifetime! Train smart, train hard, and have fun! We will get you to the startline!

Choose from the following programs:

26 Weeks – Begins February 1st – $119
This program is geared toward new to running, back to running or someone who just needs a longer period of time to train. We start with very low easy miles and the first 6 weeks are all about conditioning. We can help you train for a Full or Half Marathon.

18 Weeks – Begins March 21st – $99
This program is geared toward the runner who wants to step up their game. If you’ve recently run a half and want to train for a full this is a great program for you. We suggest that you are able to run 5 miles easily if you are training for a full marathon, if you are training for a half you should be able to run at least 3 miles when we start our program.

12 Weeks – Begins May 2nd – $79
This program is geared toward the seasoned runner who wants to tune up and get in their long runs with a group. If you are training for a full marathon you must be able to run a minimum of 10 miles easily, if you are running a half you must be able to run 6 miles easily. This program is not for beginners.

8 Weeks – Begins May 30th – $59
This program is geared toward the runner who currently runs races and wants to get in some group workouts. You must be running a minimum of 20 miles per week to participate in this group. This 8 week program is not for beginners.
