Runners must register for both the SF Marathon & Berkeley Half Marathon events with the same first and last name and date of birth to be automatically qualified.
If you already qualified at the 2023 Berkeley Half Marathon, your challenge is starting again!

How to pick up your SF/Berkeley Challenge Medal

Your SF/Berkeley Challenge Medal will be picked up on race weekend of your second event.

Check your Bib for the SF/Berkeley Challenge stamp. This is the ticket to pick up your medal at the expo. If your bib is not stamped, please visit the Solutions Table at the Expo.

Medals to be picked up at the challenge tables at the Expo (medals will also be available at 1st Half Finish and Finish Line festival for those with Bib Delivery)
Please note that Medals will not be mailed for any reason.
Medals must be picked up at the expo or Finish Line Festival and will not be mailed for any reason.
All in-person distances qualify excluding the Family 1K and virtual.
